Grooming standard for students
D1 | Students are to ensure that their school uniform is clean and worn neatly. |
D2 | Students must not dye or tint their hair. |
D3 | Students are not to wear jewellery or ornaments to school. |
D4 | Students wearing contact lenses must ensure that the lenses are non-tinted. |
D5 | Students wearing spectacles must ensure that the frames are dark rimmed and not outlandish in colour or design. |
D6 | Students must keep their fingernails short, uncoloured and clean. |
D7 | Students are not to sport tattoos or other forms of body art. |
D8 | Students must not put on make-up. |
D9 | Female students with long hair must tie up their hair neatly. Any accessories (eg. hairpins, hairband, scrunchies) used must be plain and black in colour. |
D10 | Female students may wear a silver or gold coloured ear stud on each ear lobe. |
D11 | Male students must maintain a short and neat hairstyle. Guidance on hairstyles is found in the Acceptable Hairstyles section of the Student Handbook. |
D12 | Male students must be neat in appearance, clean-shaven and no facial hair is allowed. |
