ICT Helpdesk and Important Contact Details
Visit the ICT Helpdesk at Block D, Level 1 for device support, or use the contact list to reach the right person for Edusave, financial aid, or PLD enquiries.
ICT Helpdesk Office
Students experiencing hardware problems with their PLDs can visit the ICT Helpdesk for support. The team will help identify the issue and, if the device is still under warranty, they will assist with sending it for servicing.
We are located at Block D, Level 1, beside the Design and Technology Workshop.
Our opening hours are from 7.30am to 5pm, Mon-Fri.
